He has served as an expert in commercial litigation, and in Federal securities cases. He regularly provides damages analyses for Fortune 500 companies. He has served as an expert for governmental entities such as the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (in areas such as Federal taxation).

He has been retained as an accounting and finance expert in several Federal securities fraud cases, and by several corporations involved with SEC investigations.

His experience in SEC audit and reorganization matters, primarily with PricewaterhouseCoopers, coupled with his educational background as a C.P.A., M.B.A. and J.D., uniquely qualifies him to assist Counsel in a wide range of corporate financial matters.
