William J. Galbally, C.P.A. has over 25-years of diversified accounting and financial analytical experience in corporate, public accounting and consulting environments. He has extensive experience in forensic accounting investigations, in cost accounting analysis, in SEC financial reporting, in business reorganizations and in valuation matters.

He has served as an expert in commercial litigation, and in Federal securities cases. He regularly provides damages analyses for Fortune 500 companies. He has served as an expert for governmental entities such as the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (in areas such as Federal taxation).
He has been retained as an accounting and finance expert in several Federal securities fraud cases, and by several corporations involved with SEC investigations.

His experience in SEC audit and reorganization matters, primarily with PricewaterhouseCoopers, coupled with his educational background as a C.P.A., M.B.A., and J.D., uniquely qualifies him to assist Counsel in a wide range of corporate financial matters.

One significant engagement while with PwC included oversight for the valuation and litigation relating to the recovery of a $2.5 billion portfolio of commercial real estate assets for the FDIC/RTC.

In staffing our assignments, we draw from PCG’s pool of independent C.P.A.’s, supplemented by a network of highly qualified professionals in fields such as financial reporting, profitability analysis, Federal tax, corporate finance, and valuation. Following an analysis of issues posed by a prospective engagement, resumes for the best-suited support personnel and/or testifying experts will be submitted to Counsel for review.
